Programme: This is an example for the programme for your orientation. All choirs will get individually programmes according to their additional bookings.

Types of choirs This event is open for all types of choirs. By dividing the choirs to different friendship concerts, all level of performances can be respected.

Friday:

Arrival at the late afternoon at the hotel in Pula. Welcome by the local guide and check-in at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel and time for the first individual visit of Pula. Dinner and Overnight.

Saturday:

Buffet breakfast at the hotel; meeting with the local guide and guided tour in Pula. Visit of the opening ceremony of the festival with aperitif. Free in the afternoon till the rehearsal and friendship concert in Pula or surrounding. Dinner at the hotel and overnight.

Sunday:

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. At the morning church service or church concert or free time. In the afternoon rehearsal at the hotel and drive to the Final Concert with all participating choirs in the Municipal Theatre in Pula. After the concert drive back to the hotel or Farewell Dinner with choirs from different countries. Overnight.

Monday:

Buffet breakfast at the hotel and extension or departure.

Coach tour: Coming by coach to Croatia you have to calculate the distance and decide if you need an additional overnight on the way or two bus drivers. We can help you to find hotels on the way to Croatia.

By flight: Have a look to different no-frills airlines offering flights to this region. Very interesting is a combination with a stay in Venice. To this destination a lot of flights are offered. . . .

Extension: Planning an extension in Croatia, your choir might  enjoy a boat trip along the coast to visit one of the nice islands. Extensions are possible in Venice, Zagreb and Trieste. Ask for our quotation, guided tours and concert venues.
