Thursday: June 3, 2010/ Sept 16, 2010
Arrival at the afternoon at the hotel in San Marino or Rimini/Riccione. Welcome by the local guide with a welcome drink and check-in. Dinner at the hotel.
Friday: June 4, 2010/ Sept 17, 2010
Buffet breakfast at the hotel; the morning is free for shopping at the weekly market in Riccione or for a visit at the beach. Opening ceremony at a wine yard with a glass of wine and a snack. In the afternoon drive back to the hotel and free. Dinner in the hotel. Rehearsal at the hotel and drive for an open-air-concert at the Adriatic coast. After the concert drive back to the hotel.
Saturday: June 5, 2010/ Sept 18, 2010
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Meet the local guide and drive to San Marino, the oldest republic of the world. In the morning guided tour in the medieval village about 1 hour walk, without entrance fees. The republic’s landmark are the impressing three Rocche (rocks), a wonderful place for a panorama of the coast. Free for an individual lunch. In the afternoon concert in San Marino. Drive back to the hotel after the concert and free or drive to a farewell-dinner in a typical restaurant together with music groups from other countries.
Sunday: June 6, 2010/ Sept 19, 2010
Buffet breakfast in the hotel and departure.
Coach tour: Coming by coach to Italy/San Marino you have to calculate the distance and decide if you need an additional overnight on the way or two bus drivers. We can help you to find hotels on the way to the Italy.
By flight: Have a look to different no-frills airlines offering flights to the area. Very interesting is a combination with a stay in Venice.
Extension: Planning an extension, your music group might enjoy a boat trip along the coast. Or you combine this event with a stay in Bologna, Venice or Verona with guided tours. Ask us for details.
