Thursday:

Choirs will be arriving throughout the day. Those travelling by air will be greeted upon arrival at the Burlington International Airport by a tour manager. Together, transfer by private motor coach to your accommodations in Stowe in the heart of the Green Mountains. As you approach Stowe you will travel through quaint New England towns that give Vermont its notable charm and see high peaks that make the region famous for its skiing and hiking. Those arriving by motor coach from their home state will be greeted upon arrival at the hotel by their tour manager. After checking in, explore the beautiful scenery in the area near your hotel before departing for the Opening Ceremony. Enjoy the opportunity to get to know the other participating choirs. Later in the evening, dinner can optionally be arranged for the choir at a local restaurant.

Friday:

Following breakfast, transfer to a senior center or to another community venue to perform a concert. After the concert, enjoy time to meet the audience. The remainder of the afternoon is free to explore some of the local landscape for which the region is famous, including the scenic city of Burlington located on the shores of Lake Champlain. Enjoy a break for lunch on Church Street, Burlington's downtown pedestrian zone with restaurants, shops, street performers, and local artists. In the evening, a dinner cruise can be arranged for the choir aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen on Lake Champlain. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Adirondack Mountains on the New York side of the lake and the Green Mountains on the Vermont side.

Saturday:

After breakfast at the hotel, all participating choirs will meet at the Stowe Community Church as the featured performers for the Concert Series Concert. Each choir will perform a 30-minute concert open to the public. Before and after your choir’s performance, take time to listen to other guest choirs perform. In the late afternoon, you have the option of visiting the headquarters of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory before returning to your hotel. Here, Vermont's most famous pair of entrepreneurs have made their fortune on all sorts of lip-smacking flavours. In the afternoon, transfer to University of Vermont’s Ira Allen Chapel in Burlington to attend the Massed Sing Performance, directed by Mr. De Cormier. Following the concert, all choirs will join together for the Closing Ceremony Reception.

Sunday:

After breakfast, transfer to a local church, where you will perform as part of the worship service. Following the service, enjoy an opportunity to join the local congregation for some fellowship time.
