More than 20 years experience with music groups, that’s the frame of music&friends for all services from the first contact up to the moment coming back from an international event or a concert tour. 

The brochures for international events have 12 to 16 pages and you can clearly get all information you need in the decision making process. For individual concert tours you will get a detailed offer with all terms of conditions.

To have enough time for a decision making process within the music group, you will get comfortable deadlines for individual concert tours. For international events we offer a general deadline to cancel without any obligation. You can see this deadline in any case before making any reservation.

Questionnaires and a detailed confirmation you will get after the deadlines when your reservation is obligatory. Corrections of the number of travellers can be done during all the time. .

Together with the invoice you will get a letter of credit of our bankers which secures any payment in the case of bankruptcy of the tour organizer.*

About 14 days before the departure you will get the detailed individual programme for your music group together with the mobile number of your local guide at the destination. This helps you to communicate even in the case of later arrival because of external reasons.

The local guide will help your music group during the check-in, the concerts and all further programmes. You will be in good hands.

Just in case: Of course we hope as you that there will never be any event of damage. But if it should be: Our assurance against all third-part damages (these are all suppliers for accommodation, transport and concerts in the frame of the booked services) is up to 7 Mio € per case.*
